Do I write too much here? Because what is the point of silence in the outside world if it’s a constant internal word salad. The question has a dissonance to it against my own philosophies written here. I recognize the difference between the internal world and external, implying different values for speaking and thinking.

My desire to minimize speech implies that I should be intentional about it; I should take the same approach with internalizing to mitigate over-thinking and attachment. Also I love this picture.
My preference is for more of the internalization rather than networking to the outside, although there is value there. Yet, I suppose if I find a value for each, these should balance. I mean that makes sense.
