We gasped when we saw this thing on our game camera. It hangs from a tree less than 50 feet from the garage, so that giant ass bear knows us well. It’s huge and I don’t really want to see it in real life.

Side note: after we saw this video of the bear near our house, a neighbor told us someone shot the bear because 'it was getting aggressive.' Who knows if that's true. But it's sad to think we go about blasting these animals simply for being themselves.
What do we do with our running routine now that we have evidence a bear is about?
Well, nothing, really. What fools would we be to change just because of a video. There are dangerous animals everywhere here. Maybe not the many low-key pain the ass types like in the south where wasps, snakes, and venomous spiders live, but fewer, bigger threats roam around nearby. We knew that when we came.
