I brought a few ideas for landmark images I wanted to make in south Louisiana, but for the most part tried to remain open to the flow. The uncertainty and spontaneity scared me a little, but it also generated better output.
Often we don’t consciously decide to alter our methods or change the way we live our lives. I know I don’t. Instead it could be circumstances, or my reactions to them, that guide. This is why I’m attempting to cultivate the observational part of me that allows a follow-through that before I might of resisted.
What is the “I” anyway, except the thing that filters reality?
