My approach to design is one of consistency with variation, if that makes sense. So, despite how it often appears — at least to me — I put a lot of thought into this project and it is well-considered.
I built this site from nothing. That’s about the only reason why I care about its presentation.

Four months after I posted this entry, I altered it because of my discovery that, instead of copying a template I made, I duplicated it. What was my original thought? Who knows and by now it doesn't matter. Letting it go turned out to be a great metaphor.
Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.
