Every week (or close to it) this project gives me a reason to sit and reflect, or sometimes maybe to consider how redundant my thoughts are. How it affects me really depends on my mood, which when I think about it, scares the hell out of me.

This could easily be a trite entry based in smug self-talk or righteous new-age blather about old knowledge that is somehow new today, but I won’t bother. Merton’s quote says enough.
