If you aren't in the moment, you are either looking forward to uncertainty or back to pain and regret.

Intuition says that we learn from the outside-in, but reality only exists in our consciousness. Everything is relative to each of us: what we call “the world” is only a figment of our imagination, a defense mechanism put up by our mind to explain what we don’t understand about ourselves, and the passing of time is only an illusion caused by our forgetfulness.

If we understand that we are in control, then the rules of time and biology don’t apply and we can form existence into anything. After all, we are just a collection of moments; time does not exist so it’s never too late to change course.
