Imagine existing without the ideas of a haunting shadow or that rain was meant to be avoided. Think of living as we believe other animals do. If we were never taught to fear such things, how would life be different?

What made us value our individual ideas as less than those outside us? Did we gradually dilute ourselves by a misunderstanding of commercialism, evolve from learned fear, or choose through pure free will?

In the waving wind-blown grass I see myself, indistinguishable among the rest yet different. Look away for a moment and I'll disappear, just the way I like it.

A state removed from self- and social-experience is the natural state of being. Joy exists within that vacuum. How did we forget this.

Human life seems built on a broken egotistical model with assumptions to which we should not subscribe. But if I believe this, how can I live on my own beliefs when so few recognize the unspoken framework, and will I always be an outsider?

I only want to be among others so detached as my self. If I could live in the woods far from the rest, I would. I am not the social animal I learned about, so what was the point of the education.
